Keter (pronounced KEH-ter) means "crown" in Hebrew; it's the word used to describe Queen Esther's crown. Esther was beautiful and courageous, and before she ever wore that crown, she underwent twelve months of beauty treatments. Her story reminds me that beauty and purpose fulfillment often take time, patience, and care.
I graduated from cosmetology school at the age of 17, and beauty & hair care have been part of my life ever since.
For nearly 17 years, I dealt with dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. I tried so many different products, even harsh sulfur- and paraben-based products, while dealing with endless flakes and a scalp that would sometimes bleed from irritation. Sulfur also smells really bad!
I'm also a Master of Public Health candidate, and health and wellness have always been something I care deeply about. This isn't a medical solution; it's something personal.
After so many years of searching, I finally found some relief with a plant-based oil blend that worked for me. Through research, trial, and error, I created a blend for my own scalp, made with a healthy scalp and hair growth in mind, because I believe all people deserve healthy hair at the crown, collectively.
